What will I get with my solar device order?

One Black solar panel, seven charger attachments, one charger lead, one USB lead, one mains plug, instruction manual and your order will also come in a presentation box. We can also supply free of charge a charger attachment if your mobile phone requires a different connector.

How long will it take to charge my phone/digital camera?

It takes on average around 15/25 minutes to charge the end device. A light on the side of the solar panel will glow Green as soon as it detects light. This will show it is charging up the internal battery and it is very visible. It also has a built in overcharge protector so it won't damage the charging device.

Is it only sunlight that can charge the internal battery?

No, sunlight is not the only way to charge the internal battery. Normal daylight and artificial light will charge up the solar panels internal battery. You can also the supplied mains or USB charger to charge up the internal battery and it has a slot on the bottom of the device to plug the charger into.

What mobile phone brand attachments does the solar device come with?

The solar device comes with 7 charger attachments and these fit the following mobile phone brands: Blackberry, iPhone, Samsung, Nokia, Sony Ericsson, HTC, LG and Moto. We also keep in stock all other known mobile phone charger attachments. If you find that there isn't a charger attachment supplied with the solar device thats fits your mobile phone then please contact us and we will send one out to you free of charge. You can also add a note onto your order when you make payment detailing your mobile phone brand and model and we will send out the extra appropriate charger attachment with your order.

Does it have to be plugged into my phone/digital camera to charge the solar panel?

No it doesn't and this is because the internal battery stores the charge which can be used when the user needs it. It does though need to be plugged into your end device when it is needed to charge the end device.

How big is the solar panel device?

The solar panel device is compact and is 93mm long, 42mm wide and 10mm thick. It also weighs just 50 grams.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders received before 5pm will be sent out the same working day with weekend orders sent out on Monday. All UK orders are sent by Royal mail first class delivery and 90% of all orders arrive the next working day. This is not always the case though and some orders can take a day or two longer.

How do I pay for my order?

We use PayPal as our preferred method of payment as it is highly regarded as the safest way of paying for goods online. You do not have to be a PayPal customer to use this service and you can pay by using all major credit and debit cards.
